This is us
Amy is a native to Rockford, grew up there through her childhood/young life, and now resides in Grand Rapids. Kenzie grew up close by in Grand Rapids and currently resides in Rockford, giving both Amy and Kenzie a passion and dream to serve both communities. The pair have known each other since Kindergarten, couldn’t be more opposite of one another - carrying a ying-yang relationship - and enjoy nothing more than adding the adventure of The Tilted Tulip | Rockford & Grand Rapids to their friendship. They both carry decades of management and customer service experience and share the same love for all things flowers.
Our team takes pride in servicing our communities by spreading joy with flowers through many people’s hardest days (funerals), big days (weddings), and many important days (birthdays, celebrations, milestones, holidays, etc.). Both locations hold many of our boutique gifts to make for a one-stop shopping experience.
Managers
Kate: A lifelong Grand Rapids resident. Began in the floral industry as a retail associate 24 years ago and has held various positions in the industry including customer service, buyer and processor, designer, design manager, event designer, manager, and more. A love for all the things creative. A yoga teacher, a mother to an amazing son, and a wife.
Tracy: Born and raised in Grand Rapids and now resides in Rockford. She boasts 25+ years of management experience, and over a decade in Customer Service. Her passions lie in dance - teaching her students and building relationships, using her creativity passions through visual arts at the store, and spending time with her family/boys.
